WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
For Moonee Valley and neighbouring suburbs, we would love to deliver your Goodie Gift Bags personally to your door! The cost for this service will be $4.95. All other orders will be sent at a flat rate cost of $9.95 for smaller orders and $16.95 for larger orders. This includes Track and Trace.

WHAT SERVICE DOES GOODIE GIFT BAGS OFFER?
We specialise in quality drawstring party bags in a variety of party themes for your child's next birthday party. These reusable bags are available to order on their own or we can help take the stress out completely by filling the bags with age-appropriate goodies. We also make bags for baby showers, bridal showers, as thank you gifts for teachers... we can cater for any occasion!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PARTY BAGS?
We include goodies best suited to the age of your child and those who will be attending the party. Goodie Gift Bags for children under 3 years of age will most likely include accessories such as socks, headbands, hair ties and/or bows. Teethers that meet AS/NZ mandatory toy safety standards can also be included for babies. Only party bags for children age 3+ may contain age-apporpriate toys. Selecting the right toys is very important to us and we spend a fair bit of time deciding what we will include in your party bags.

Our party bags are sugar-free. No edibles such as lollies, sweets and cookies will be included. Of course, you are more than welcome to add these into your individual bags should you choose to do so after they have been delivered.

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Please contact us using the tab above or send us an email at [email protected]. Please include answers to the following questions:
(1) the date you require the party bags (please get in touch as soon as possible - there is no cost to chat)?
(2) the number of party bags you require?
(3) your ideal party theme for your custom order?
(4) and if ordering filled party bags - we will need to know the age of the children attending the party, specifically how many are age under 3 and age 3+?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PARTY BAGS?
For party bags that are available to order from the website - please allow 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) from date of order and depending where in Australia or New Zealand you are.

For all custom orders - please allow a 4 week turnaround from date of order (not date of query). As these involve a custom theme, time will be spent on coming up with a design for these bags. In fact, the more time you give us, the better! We may not always need the 4 weeks but we want to work with you to provide you with the perfect party bags and good things take time, so they say.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order for GIFT BAGS. These bags are perfect for any congratulatory occasion or even as stocking fillers.

PARTY BAGS (unfilled) start from a set of 4.

WHAT ABOUT ORDERING BAGS ONLY?
Yes, you are welcome to order party bags only and fill them yourself. Orders start as a set of 4.

FROM WHAT AGE ARE YOUR GOODIE GIFT BAGS SUITABLE?
The party bags that may contain toys are suitable for 3+ years of age. I also offer a custom service where I can make up party bags for any age group - I ensure I only include goodies that are age appropriate. Please contact me to see how I'll be able to help you put together party bags suitable for your age group.

SALES CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS GIFTING GOODIE GIFT BAGS TO OTHERS. HOW?
Recently, 100 bags were gifted to the 2018 Friend In Me Party - a cause I am very happy and proud to support. We are always open to supporting other causes so please feel free to get in touch if you feel our bags may be a good fit. We am currently working on how we may be able to gift Goodie Gift Bags to parents of children at the Royal Children's Hospital here in Melbourne. Not as easy as I had hoped but please watch this space!
